Shipping

We use USPS to ship all packages. We process all payments through Paypal, and ship out of Orlando, FL within 3 business days.

Shipping

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from three to fourteen full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout.  Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

We ship all items within the United States via USPS Priority from Orlando, FL.  Shipping costs are based on the items in your order. Your total shipping charges will calculate automatically during checkout prior to the completion of your order.  You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday, it will be shipped the following day.  If your order was placed on Friday thru Sunday, the order will be shipped on Monday.  You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only.  BADSPADE cannot refund any duties, taxes, or shipping fees paid on the order.

Presale Items: Presale items will be shipped on or around the approximate ship date listed. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforseen production delays. Your credit card will be charged upon placing your order, but if for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order/refund you.

Out-of-Stock Items: If it turns out that the items you have ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you for an exchange or refund.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal with a verifiable address. All payments, including credit cards, are processed through the PayPal system.  Payments are processed at the time of order.

PayPal: PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments, enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions.  It’s accepted by merchants everywhere. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.

Sales Tax: State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Florida. If the billing address is within the state of Florida, sales tax is applied at the time of order.

Returns

Badspade-Lifetime-Warranty-Card Our Shades have a 15-day Manufacturer Warranty. This will cover you if there are any problems with your shades within the first 15 days. Extended Lifetime Warranty Cards are available for purchase and will cover your shades for life. If you wish to return or exchange your Badspades for any reason, send them back to us within 15 days of purchase. Beyond 15 days, a Lifetime Warranty Card must be provided for any exchange or refund. All of our shades are Limited Edition. That means they are unique and style quantity is Limited. If the shades you return are no longer in stock, you may choose a different style or request store credit. Items marked “Sale” or “Clearance” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders. We will not refund any duties, taxes, or shipping fees paid on the order.

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style, color, you are responsible for the shipping charges on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Credit card refunds: Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.  If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once it has received the information from us.

Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted, and no cost will be charged to you, prior to shipment. To cancel your order please call our customer service department at 407-797-6096. We will NOT cancel orders via email requests.

Note: We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped yet.

International Orders We ship all international orders via USPS.  Certain countries have customs policies which may delay shipment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international orders to arrive.
