Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours (this is when your order is processed, & does not include weekends).
We ship USPS Priority from Orlando, FL. The "Target Date" on the order form is not a promised delivery date!
It is for our information while processing the order. We will make every effort to meet your "Target Date."

Hoodie Shipping Time
Our hoodies will take more time to process, We are currently aquiring new stock to have a faster shipping time.
Normal shipping time for our hoodies will take 10-15 Normal Business days.

Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item.
If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday.

Return Authorization Policy
Return authorization is required from Badspade for any returned merchandise.
All items must be returned within 30 days of our original ship date. NO returns will be accepted past 30 days.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Any items marked "Sale" or "Clearance" are not returnable.
